We want you to be happy with what you buy from Tinkersoft. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund on our macOS software and SaaS subscriptions.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if the product does not work as described or you are not satisfied. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Our products are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a licence key has been issued or software downloaded, we may decline refunds outside the window above where the product is functioning as described, except where a statutory right requires otherwise (see section 05).
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not generally provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a term unless required by law. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.
We review each request in good faith and will always honour non-waivable consumer rights.
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have up to 14 days to cancel a purchase. Note that this right can end once supply of digital content begins with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your licence pending review.
